Subclass 870 visa holders are not permitted to work in Australia.

Yes, you can bring your spouse with you to Australia on a Parent visa, as long as they are included in your visa application and meet the eligibility criteria.

Yes, after holding a Parent visa for a certain period of time, you may be eligible to apply for Australian citizenship.
